San Francisco-based TeleResults is a leading provider of electronic medical transplant, organ disease and clinic-support solutions. Our quest to achieve this goal began in 1995 when we first entered the healthcare field with the introduction of an EMR application developed for post-transplant clinics. This application was designed to help increase clinic efficiency by automating some of the daily tasks that take up so much of a coordinator’s time.
