To help facilitate a smooth roll-out, our support staff is available via a 1 (800) 909-9625 number or email for the first 60 days after deployment, at no additional charge.
Our standard customer support plan includes fast, responsive phone support via a toll-free number or reporting problems via email. Staff is available to answer questions and address issues Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), from 7:30 am through 6:30 pm PST, and can be reached at 1 (800) 909-9625.
Standard yearly support contract
Full support, which includes routine maintenance, service, and application and database upgrades, is provided during regular business hours.
This annual plan offers around-the-clock telephone support (24 x 7) at an additional charge.
