TR Documents makes it easier to manage the increasing workload from patient documents, such as diagnostic studies, consent forms, etc.  This tool helps process incoming documents and associates each document with the correct patient.

Paper Reduction

TR Documents helps clinics move away from paper documentation and meet compliance requirements. Digital documents are easier to manage and are better for the environment.  TR Documents eliminates time wasted searching for paper documents.  These digital documents are readily accessible within Presidio when viewing a patient record.

Batch Processing

TR Documents can process batch documents at one time, such as all faxes that arrive during a particular day.  The “Inbox” in TR Documents helps keep track of items that are still cued up to be processed. Each document can be quickly previewed and attached to the appropriate patient as needed.
