Training

TeleResults provides two comprehensive hands-on training courses that provide your users with the education they need to rapidly realize the full potential of your new application.

Each four-day course is conducted by our professional and experienced trainers. Session can be conveniently held on-site at your own facility.

Super Users

This class is recommended for physicians, coordinators, database administrators and other designated trainers who will be involved in the initial configuration and setup.  This class is specific to those who will also manage the database validation, train the clinicians and the database administrator on how to perform ongoing maintenance and transplant application support.

Clinicians

This session is designed for those users who will have no involvement in the deployment and management of the TeleResults environment, but who will leverage its capabilities to support their day-to-day activities. This includes surgeons, physicians, transplant coordinators, financial coordinators, social workers, nutritionists, schedulers, and UNOS interface administrators.

Additional, customized training sessions are available at your site or at TeleResults headquarters, upon request.
